Living Conditions
Housing
Provided and paid for by the employer. Shared furnished apartments in safe residential areas. Equipped for long-term stays.
Food & Personal Expenses
Workers manage their own meals and personal spending. Estimated monthly food and recreation costs are around $400 USD.
Transportation
Daily transport from housing to work sites provided by the employer, either company vehicles or covered public transit.
Banking
Each worker receives an Israeli bank card and mobile app to manage their salary, withdraw cash, and send money home to family in Mexico.
Work Schedule
- 10+ hour workdays on average

General Visa Requirements
Typical documentation for an Israel work visa includes:
- Valid passport (scanned, minimum 3 years validity)
- Valid official ID (INE, front and back scanned on same page)
- Federal background check (no older than 3 months)
- Written certification of at least 3 years of experience
- Applicants must be male, aged 25 to 45
- Medical exam from a recognized institution (no older than 3 months)
- Work contract signed in three languages (Spanish, English, Hebrew)
- All documents translated, apostilled, and notarized
- Sworn declaration confirming no foreign work in the past 18 months
- Flight reservation and ticket to Israel

Phase 3 · Approval & Travel
- Final approval from the Israeli Ministry of Labor (approximately 60 business days)
- Travel date confirmed
- Arrival in Israel with reception, housing, work permit, clothes, and insurance. Work starts next day.
Important contract conditions
- Workers must not receive undeclared payments of any kind
- Workers cannot work for any employer other than the one on their visa
- The work visa is valid for 5 years exclusively under the contracted employer
- Full commitment and professionalism are required throughout the contract
