How the Process Works

From First Contact to Visa Approved

Getting a work visa for another country can feel overwhelming. Different documents, different languages, government requirements that change by destination. That’s where we come in. Axis Global manages the entire process so you always know exactly where you stand and what comes next.

Step 1 · Free Evaluation

Everything starts here. You fill out our online form or contact us directly. We review your profile, work experience, documentation, and personal goals to determine which destination country is the best fit for you.

  • Your construction trade and years of experience
  • Your current documentation status (passport, ID, background check)
  • Your age and eligibility for available programs
  • Which destination matches your profile

Step 2 · Document Preparation

Once you’re accepted into the process, we get to work on your paperwork. This is the most complex phase, and it’s where most people get stuck when they try to do it on their own. We handle:

  • Passport review and renewal guidance if needed
  • Official translations (Spanish, English, Hebrew, or other languages depending on destination)
  • Notarization and apostille of all required documents by lawyers
  • Federal background check coordination (must be no older than 3 months)
  • Trade certification and experience letters
  • Sworn declarations as required by the destination country
  • Contract review and preparation in multiple languages

Step 3 · Medical Examination

Most destination countries require a health clearance from a recognized medical institution. We coordinate this for you:

  • We tell you exactly which exams are required for your destination
  • We connect you with approved medical providers
  • We make sure results are properly formatted and submitted on time
  • Medical declarations must typically be no older than 3 months

Step 4 · Visa Application & Filing

With all documents and medical clearances ready, we file your visa application through the official government channels of your destination country. During this stage:

  • We submit your complete application package
  • We track the status and handle any follow-up requests from immigration authorities
  • We keep you informed at every stage of the review process
  • Processing times vary by destination (30 to 180 days depending on the country)

Step 5 · Approval & Pre-Travel Preparation

Once your visa is approved, we help you prepare for departure:

  • Visa confirmation and document review
  • Cultural orientation for your destination country
  • Overview of your rights as a foreign worker
  • Guidance on what to expect upon arrival
  • Final checklist to make sure nothing is missed

What You're Responsible For

While we manage the process, there are certain things that remain your responsibility:

  • Paying government fees and official costs directly to the relevant authorities
  • Attending required medical exams
  • Providing truthful and accurate information throughout the process
  • Securing your own flight to the destination country
  • Cooperating with timelines and document deadlines

Typical Timelines

These are estimates. Actual timelines depend on government processing speeds, document completeness, and individual circumstances.

Destination Estimated Processing Time
Israel ~60 business days after full submission
Dubai ~30 to 45 days
Europe ~60 to 90 days
Canada ~90 to 180 days
